After over 2 months of dealing with them with phone calls and unanswered emails, I finally got someone to tell me they couldn't ship the product I ordered because it wouldn't fit on the pallet. Having worked in shipping and dealing directly with UPS I know that is a lie. I cancelled the order but they still have not refunded my money. Possible legal action?
